Charbay
One of the greatest varieties of fine beverages from one company in the country, the Charbay portfolio of spirits and wines is extensive, creative, hand-crafted and local. Come meet 13th generation Master Distiller and wine maker, Marko Karakasevich, as he leads you through some of the method to his madness.

Grand Marnier
As a follow-up to a great local Master Distiller, we bring you one of the foremost authorites on beverages in the world: Steve Olson. Steve's going to meet one on one with you and your friends to discuss and taste through the delicious and historically significant story of Grand Marnier. Its integral relation with all things Cognac and significance to today's cocktail culture will be explored while you sip on various agings of a delightful elixir.

Gin and Gen
The Dutch are coming! And they're carrying booze (surprise!). Bols Genever, one of the most exciting new spirits on the market (inspired by the original recipe from 1820), Bols Genever will be poured side by side with Damrak Gin, a Dutch gin of more recent origin. Gin and Genever, side by side, highlighting the differences between the two styles of botanical spirits and the history of their roles in cocktails. Presented by Antoinette Cattani, importer of both products.

Each "meeting" is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC and FREE. They do not require any actual membership
only an interest in learning more about the drinks we drink,developing your palate and meeting some really cool people. How does it work? Each Thursday, a different beverage industry Guest
Speaker will be on hand to pour tastings, and discuss the products they are featuring. They may be representing a brand portfolio or an entire category. They may be writers, distillers, brewers, bartenders or celebrities. The one thing they'll have in common is that they know what they are talking about and they are on hand to share it. The setting is casual and personal. Each week our Guest Speaker will simply mix and mingle for a couple of hours and answer all of your questions.
Behind the stick, we'll be pouring a featured cocktail or two as well as flights and classics that fit the day's focus.
This weekly event tends to draw some of San Francisco's finest bartenders and
cocktail afficionados, so you can continue drinking some of the city's tastiest, award-winning cocktails with some of the San Francisco's best cocktailians.
