German mixologist and bitters expert Stephan Berg presents his acclaimed line of

cocktail bitters long available only in Europe and newly introduced to the US. Mr. Berg

will discuss his path to creating The Bitter Truth and a bit of the story behind the

history and significance of bitters in classic and contemporary cocktail culture.

He will be joined by Elixir's H. Joseph Ehrmann in preparing some cocktails to sample

as well as in conducting a tasting of The Bitter Truth products.

Organic Cocktails

Paul Abercrombie, Organic, Shaken and Stirred

Journalist and Author Paul Abercrombie joins us for a presentation of his

book about organic spirits and cocktails; the first of its kind. Paul first met Elixir's

H. Joseph Ehrmann several years ago as Elixir was putting out some of the first

organic cocktails in the country. Since then he has met, interviewed and drank

with some of the most talented and passionate mixologists in the world, all over

organics in cocktails and how to do it. Enjoy samples of some of the great cocktails

in this book, prepared and discussed by H. and Paul in this unique look into "green drinks".
